- IP address (temporarily logged for session management, not stored long-term)
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect or use:
- Analytics or tracking data
- Usage statistics or behavior tracking
- Device information or browser fingerprints
- Location data
- Third-party cookies or tracking pixels
- Any data for advertising or marketing purposes
4. Local Processing
100% Local Processing: All AI processing happens locally on your machine or server. We use open-source tools:
- Whisper for transcription (runs locally)
- Ollama for highlight detection (runs locally)
No Third-Party AI Services: We never send your media, transcriptions, or any content to OpenAI, Google, or any other third-party AI service. Everything is processed entirely on your infrastructure.
5. Data Storage
All your data is stored locally on your machine or server where you run Spaceclip. We do not store your data on our servers unless you explicitly deploy the application on infrastructure you control.
You Own Your Data: You can delete your account, projects, and all associated data at any time through the application interface. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from your database.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent your data to anyone. Period.
The only circumstances where we might access or disclose data are:
- If required by law or court order
- To protect our rights or prevent illegal activity
No Third-Party Services: We do not integrate with analytics services, advertising networks, or any data brokers. Your data never leaves your control.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies only for authentication. These are essential for the application to function and are not used for tracking. We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

You have complete control over your data:
- Access: View all your data through the application interface

We implement security measures to protect your data, but since Spaceclip runs on your infrastructure, you are responsible for securing your own servers and databases. We recommend using HTTPS in production and following security best practices.

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
